FAQ

  • Can I walk in and purchase a cake?

We don’t keep pre-made cakes available for same-day purchase. All of our cakes are custom made to order, which means we create each design specifically for your event. We have everyday cakes available online. If you would like a custom cake, please reach out to us, we’d love to help!

  • What are the first steps to order?

    For everyday celebrations:

    1. Check our online store first, we may have exactly what you are looking for.

    2. If not, please contact us with your date, guest count and design.

    3. You’ll receive a quote when we have all the details.

    4. Order online once you receive the invoice.

  • When should I order my cake?

We appreciate as much notice as possible, especially for wedding cakes. Most couples order 6 to 9 months in advance. For smaller events, please order 1-2 weeks in advance. Short-notice orders may be available depending on our schedule.

  • What size cake should we order?

When hosting a more intimate event plan for one serving per guest. If you are having a larger event, you can estimate 70-80% of guests will want cake. This often means ordering slightly less than your total guest count. Wedding cake slices are typically cut in 1×2-inch portions, which is slightly smaller than party slices — allowing more servings per cake size. We can help you choose the right number and size of tiers once we know the number of guests and the cake design.

Extra Tip: If you want leftovers or larger slices, go a bit bigger.

  • How much does a cake cost?

Cake pricing varies depending on the size, number of servings, design complexity, and decorations. We provide custom quotes for each order to ensure you receive accurate pricing based on your vision.

As a general guide, a three-tier cake serving approximately 100 guests typically starts around $400, with final pricing based on elements such as handmade decorations, fondant work or sugar flowers.

We’re happy to see your ideas and provide a quote so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Do you offer tasting sessions or sample boxes?

Cake tastings are complimentary by appointment for orders over 100 servings. Sample boxes are also available—you may contact us for details.

  • Can I mix flavors or have different flavors per tier?

Yes! Each tier can have its own flavor, filling, or frosting. Here is the current list of FLAVORS.

  • Can you coordinate with wedding planners or florists?

Absolutely. We’re happy to coordinate with your wedding planner, florist, or décor team to ensure your cake design fits the overall style of your event. Our goal is to create a seamless, cohesive look so your cake is as beautiful as everything else.
